Povyades: A Faith and Way of Life According to the BATDES Book
Povyades is a faith centered on the belief in the One and Eternal Creator. According to the BATDES book, Povyades is not limited to prayer or religious rituals. It presents a comprehensive understanding of human life, family, society, the Earth, the universe, and the eternal existence beyond this world.
At the heart of Povyades is a simple principle:
The Creator is One, Eternal, and unlike anything created.
Human beings, however, are created beings. They live within a temporary world, possess free will, make choices, experience the consequences of those choices, and eventually continue their existence beyond earthly life.
BATDES describes this entire journey as part of a larger divine order.
The One and Eternal Creator
The central belief of Povyades is the existence of one Creator, called Povyaden.
Povyaden is described as the Creator of everything that exists. The Creator has no equal, partner, or counterpart. Nothing created can be compared with Him.
According to BATDES, Povyaden created matter and energy, as well as time and space. The universe itself is therefore not eternal in the same sense as the Creator. It has a beginning and a conclusion, while the Creator is beyond the limitations of created time.
Povyaden is described as:
the Creator,
the designer of existence,
the source of matter and energy,
the Creator of time and space,
the witness of all creation,
and the One who establishes the order of existence.
The human mind can discover many aspects of creation, but it cannot completely comprehend the Creator.
For this reason, Povyades emphasizes humility before the vastness of existence.
Humanity and Free Will
Human beings have a special place in Povyades.
They are created beings with consciousness, responsibility, and free will.
The human being is not simply carried through life without choices. Throughout earthly existence, people encounter different possibilities and must make decisions.
BATDES presents this through the concept of the Yazgın Labirenti, the "Labyrinth of Destiny."
The idea is that life contains many possible paths. A person makes choices within the order established by the Creator, and those choices produce consequences.
The Creator establishes the order.
The human being chooses within that order.
Therefore, destiny and free will are not presented as complete opposites. Human freedom exists within the larger order established by the Creator.
The Purpose of Earthly Life
According to BATDES, the Earth is temporary.
Human life on Earth is a test.
People experience happiness and suffering, success and failure, justice and injustice, kindness and cruelty. They are given opportunities to choose how they will respond.
The important question is therefore not simply:
"How long will I live?"
but also:
"How will I live?"
Povyades teaches that a person's actions, intentions, choices, and treatment of others have significance.
Earthly life is part of a much larger journey that continues beyond physical death.
The Concept of Canözü
One of the important concepts in BATDES is Canözü.
Canözü represents an essential aspect of the person that exists beyond the temporary physical body.
According to the BATDES account, Canözleri are created in Engaden. They then pass through Arvaden, the transition realm, before entering earthly life.
Earth is the place where the Canözü experiences embodied existence, makes choices, learns, develops, and accepts responsibility.
After physical life ends, the Canözü returns to Arvaden.
From there, different stages of the eternal journey follow according to the condition and development of the Canözü.
Engaden, Arvaden, Earth, and the Eternal Realms
BATDES describes existence as a journey through several realms.
Engaden
Engaden is the place where Canözleri are created.
It is the first stage in their existence.
Arvaden
Arvaden is a transition realm.
The Canözü prepares for earthly life before entering the world and returns there after earthly life ends.
Earth
Earth is the temporary world of physical existence and testing.
Here, human beings live through the limitations of time, make free choices, and develop through experience.
Azapyurdu
Azapyurdu is described as a realm for Canözleri that require purification and transformation.
It is not presented simply as eternal punishment. It is a place where the Canözü confronts the consequences of its choices, undergoes transformation, and continues its development.
Esenlikyurdu
Esenlikyurdu is the realm of peace, well-being, maturity, and continued spiritual development.
The Canözü that completes the necessary stages proceeds toward the eternal order of Esenlikyurdu.
Thus, according to BATDES, earthly life is not the final destination.
The world is temporary; eternity is lasting.
Prayer and Worship in Povyades
Povyades includes a defined system of worship.
Two important forms of individual worship are Yönelim and Ordes.
Yönelim: Turning Toward the Creator
The word Yönelim expresses the act of turning toward the Creator.
The essential direction of worship is not a particular geographical location. What matters is the person's sincere turning toward the One Creator.
Yönelim begins with recognition of the Creator and continues with personal prayer and inner reflection.
Among the important expressions associated with Yönelim are:
"With the permission of the One and Eternal Creator."
"The Creator is One."
"I believe with my mind."
"I affirm with my heart."
Yönelim allows a person to express personal requests and concerns directly to the Creator.
Prayer is therefore not merely the repetition of predetermined words. A person can speak to the Creator about what is truly in the heart.
At the conclusion, the worshipper expresses faith, acceptance, and obedience.
The prayer concludes with "Poves."
Ardes: Purification Before Yönelim
Before Yönelim, Povyades includes a purification practice called Ardes.
Ardes involves washing the hands and mouth, with broader forms including additional parts of the body.
Its meaning is both physical and spiritual.
Physical cleanliness prepares the person for worship, while the intention of purification represents a desire to leave behind mistakes and approach the Creator with sincerity.
Thus, Ardes connects outward cleanliness with inward intention.
Ordes: Worship Through Restraint
Another important practice is Ordes.
Ordes involves abstaining from food for a defined period while water remains permitted according to the BATDES rules.
Its purpose is not simply to experience hunger.
Ordes teaches restraint and reminds people of those who live with deprivation. It encourages gratitude for what one has and strengthens awareness of the needs of others.
For this reason, Ordes also has a social dimension.
A person who experiences temporary deprivation is encouraged to remember people who experience poverty every day.
Ordes therefore connects personal worship with compassion and social responsibility.
Worship Does Not Change the Creator
One of the important theological ideas in BATDES is that worship is not performed in order to change the Creator.
The Creator does not need to be persuaded to become different.
Instead, worship changes the person.
The purpose of worship is to bring the individual into greater harmony with the divine order.
This idea is closely connected with the concept of Povdaru.
Povdaru: The Divine Order
BATDES describes Povdaru as the unchanging divine order established by the Creator.
The universe, nature, time, life, and the consequences of human actions exist within this order.
Povdaru includes principles such as:
justice,
mercy,
truthfulness,
responsibility,
balance,
and respect for life.
Human beings cannot change Povdaru.
They can, however, choose whether to live in harmony with it.
A person who acts against these principles does not destroy the divine order. Instead, the consequences first affect the person's own inner balance and relationship with the world.
This is why BATDES explains that worship is intended not to change Povdaru, but to help human beings bring themselves into harmony with it.
Family in Povyades
Povyades does not treat religion as something that exists only between an individual and the Creator.
The family has an important place in the BATDES structure.
Family life is associated with:
mutual respect,
responsibility,
care,
protection,
cooperation,
harmony,
and the development of children.
Religious life can also be shared within the family through family worship and family-oriented practices.
The family is therefore viewed as one of the fundamental places where religious values become part of everyday life.
Society and Justice
Povyades also presents principles for social life.
According to BATDES, a good society should protect justice, goodness, human dignity, and the common good.
Those who govern society should possess:
knowledge,
honesty,
responsibility,
and merit.
Leadership is not presented as unlimited personal power.
A person who holds authority remains responsible for his or her actions.
The purpose of leadership should be service to society rather than personal superiority.
This principle can be summarized simply:
To govern is to carry responsibility, not to become superior to others.
Human Dignity and Compassion
Povyades places considerable importance on how people treat one another.
Justice and mercy are not merely abstract ideas.
They should appear in everyday behavior.
A person should avoid unnecessary harm, protect the vulnerable, share with those in need, and treat other people with dignity.
Compassion is therefore not weakness in the Povyades understanding.
It is one of the principles of a properly ordered society.
Peace and the Rejection of Violence
BATDES also addresses war and violence.
Povyades calls people away from cruelty, hatred, oppression, and destructive violence.
The desired social condition is one in which people can live together through justice, peace, and mutual responsibility.
Peace is not understood simply as the absence of war.
A lasting peace also requires justice, respect, and the willingness to protect human dignity.
Humanity and the Earth
The Earth is described in BATDES as a trust.
Human beings do not possess unlimited permission to destroy the natural world.
The atmosphere, water, soil, living creatures, and natural cycles are part of the Creator's creation.
Therefore, damaging nature is not merely an environmental problem.
It is also a question of human responsibility.
Povyades teaches that people should protect the world they have received and avoid unnecessary waste and destruction.
The Earth should remain a livable place for future generations and other forms of life.
Povyades and the Universe
BATDES presents the universe as a created and ordered system.
The Creator created matter and energy and established the conditions under which stars, galaxies, planets, and other celestial bodies could develop.
Time and space are also created realities.
The universe is therefore not identical with the Creator.
The universe belongs to creation.
The Creator is beyond the limitations of the created universe.
Science and Creation
Povyades does not define science as the creator of the universe.
Instead, BATDES describes science as a way for human beings to investigate how the created universe works.
Human beings can observe, measure, investigate, and discover.
Every discovery can reveal another aspect of the order established within creation.
But human knowledge remains limited.
There will always be more unknown than known.
This creates a place for both scientific investigation and humility.
The Universe Has a Beginning and an End
According to BATDES, the universe has a beginning and will eventually reach its appointed end.
The end of the universe is not described simply as meaningless destruction.
It is the completion of the role assigned to the created universe.
When the final day arrives, the universe will complete its purpose.
But the Creator does not end with the universe.
The universe is temporary; the Creator is eternal.
The Meldes
Povyades also includes the concept of Meldes.
Meldes are created beings who serve within the divine order.
BATDES describes a council of nine principal Meldes:
Armmeld
The Chief Meldes and protector of creation.
Brameld
Associated with wisdom, inspiration, and right understanding.
Durmeld
Associated with justice and fairness.
Eldmeld
Associated with mercy, compassion, and forgiveness.
Farmeld
Associated with knowledge and teaching.
Garmeld
Associated with nature and the protection of living beings.
Helmeld
Associated with light, enlightenment, and guidance toward truth.
Ilymeld
Associated with spiritual guidance and balance.
Jadmeld
Associated with strength and protection.
These Meldes work together within the divine order.
They are not the Creator.
They do not replace the Creator.
Their role is to serve according to the responsibilities given to them.
Cinnes and Yıkman
BATDES also describes another category of created beings called Cinnes.
Some Cinnes fulfill their responsibilities within the divine order, while Yıkman represents those who turn away from their assigned responsibilities and seek to mislead human beings.
The story of Yıkman is connected to the origin of the earthly test.
According to BATDES, Yıkman opposed the divine command and sought to lead human beings away from the proper path.
The important principle for human beings is not to seek guidance from such beings, but to turn directly toward the Creator.
The Role of the Elçirehber
The Elçirehber has a specific role in Povyades.
The Elçirehber is not the Creator.
The Elçirehber is not an object of worship.
The role is to communicate, explain, and teach the divine message.
The Elçirehber's responsibility is therefore fundamentally a responsibility of guidance and communication, rather than political rule or personal domination.
This distinction is important to the structure of Povyades.
The ultimate authority belongs to the Creator.
The Elçirehber serves the transmission and explanation of the message.
Povyades as a Complete Way of Life
When the different sections of BATDES are considered together, Povyades can be understood as a complete way of life rather than merely a collection of religious ceremonies.
It addresses the individual.
It addresses the family.
It addresses society.
It addresses humanity's relationship with the Earth.
It addresses the universe.
And it addresses the eternal destiny of conscious beings.
Its central values include:
Faith in the One Creator
Truth
Justice
Mercy
Compassion
Peace
Responsibility
Human dignity
Sharing
Care for nature
Free will
Obedience to the divine order
Personal development
Preparation for eternity
These principles are interconnected.
Justice affects personal relationships as well as society.
Mercy affects individuals as well as communities.
Respect for nature becomes a responsibility toward creation.
Prayer becomes a way of bringing the individual into harmony with the divine order.
And earthly life becomes preparation for a larger existence.
The Journey of the Human Being
The complete Povyades understanding of existence can be summarized as a journey:

What Does Povyades Ask From a Human Being?
At its heart, Povyades asks a person to live consciously.
Believe in the One Creator.
Use reason.
Listen to the heart.
Choose good over harm.
Act with justice.
Show mercy.
Protect the vulnerable.
Respect the family.
Contribute to society.
Reject unnecessary violence.
Protect nature.
Avoid waste.
Accept responsibility for personal choices.
Turn toward the Creator.
And remember that earthly life is temporary.
The purpose is not simply to survive the world.
It is to live responsibly within it while preparing for what comes after it.
Povyades and the Meaning of Life
One of the deepest questions in human life is:
Why are we here?
BATDES offers an answer through the relationship between creation, free will, responsibility, and eternity.
Human beings are here because they were created.
They live on Earth because Earth is part of the test.
They possess free will because their choices matter.
They experience consequences because actions have meaning.
And they continue beyond earthly life because the human journey is not limited to the physical world.
In this understanding, life is neither meaningless nor permanent.
It is a temporary stage in a much larger journey.
A Simple Summary of Povyades
Povyades can therefore be described as a faith and way of life centered on the One and Eternal Creator.
It teaches that the Creator established an ordered universe and gave human beings free will.
Human beings live temporarily on Earth, where they are responsible for their choices.
They are expected to live according to justice, mercy, truth, compassion, peace, and responsibility.
They are expected to care for their families, their communities, and the natural world.
Through Yönelim, they turn toward the Creator.
Through Ordes, they practice restraint and remember those in need.
Through ethical living, they seek harmony with Povdaru, the divine order.
Through knowledge and reflection, they seek to understand creation.
And through their earthly choices, they prepare for the eternal journey of the Canözü.
Ultimately, Povyades presents a vision in which the Creator is eternal, the universe is created, Earth is temporary, human choices matter, and the journey of existence continues beyond this world.
The central message can be expressed simply:
Turn toward the One Creator.
Use your mind.
Listen with your heart.
Choose goodness.
Live with justice and mercy.
Protect the world entrusted to you.
And remember that life on Earth is only one stage of a much greater journey.
Poves. 🌿✨✨✨
